Our refund policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for various travel services including flight bookings, train tickets, hotel reservations, and tour packages.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation policies of the respective airlines, railways, hotels, or service providers.
Gupta Travels charges a service/cancellation fee on top of the provider’s charges.
Refund requests must be made in writing via email to [email protected] with your booking details.
Processing time for refunds is generally 7–15 business days after approval.
Refunds are subject to the airline’s cancellation policy.
Non-refundable tickets will not be eligible for a refund.
For refundable tickets, airline penalties and Gupta Travels’ service fees will be deducted.
Cancellation policy varies by hotel and will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
Hotels may charge for no-shows or late cancellations.
Gupta Travels reserves the right to charge a processing fee of up to 10% of the booking amount.
Refunds on tour packages depend on the notice period and specific terms mentioned at the time of booking.
If a customer cancels:
30 days before departure: 80% refundable
15–29 days: 50% refundable
Less than 15 days: No refund
Certain services (e.g., visa fees, insurance) are non-refundable.
No refund will be made for no-shows or for any part of the travel service not utilized by the customer.
Gupta Travels is not liable to refund bookings cancelled due to unforeseen events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics. Refunds in such cases are subject to supplier discretion.
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
In case of third-party payments, the refund will be credited to the original payee.
