Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on supplier pricing, currency fluctuations, and taxes.
The final price at the time of booking will be applicable.
In case of a pricing error, Gupta Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking and refund the amount.
Cancellations are subject to the terms of the airlines, hotels, IRCTC, or other service providers involved.
Gupta Travels will charge a service/cancellation fee in addition to supplier penalties.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–15 business days.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carry valid travel documents (ID proof, visa, passport, etc.).
Gupta Travels is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documents.
You agree not to:

Tamper with the website or its content
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data
Gupta Travels acts only as an intermediary between you and travel service providers.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury, or inconvenience caused by third parties, including airlines, hotels, or railways.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for service disruptions due to events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).
Gupta Travels reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service or website at any time without notice.
